About NLLOF
NLLOF was Incorporated under Nigerian law with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on the 15th of October, 2019, with registration numberCAC/IT/NO: 137319. The forum was established to represent the interests of licensed lottery operators in Nigeria, ensuring that the industry operates transparently, ethically, and in accordance with the regulations set by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC).
Membership is open to all entities that have been licensed by the NLRC to operate in Nigeria's lottery sector, including National, Regional, and Online Lottery Operators.
NLLOF aims to create an environment that facilitates the growth of the lottery industry while maintaining public trust, promoting consumer protection, and advocating for policies that support the sector’s development.
Our History & Establishment
The Nigeria Licensed Lottery Operators Forum (NLLOF) was incorporated under Nigerian law with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on October 15, 2019, with registration number CAC/IT/NO: 137319. It was established to represent the interests of licensed lottery operators in Nigeria, operating transparently and ethically in accordance with regulations by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC).
Membership is open to all entities licensed by the NLRC to operate in Nigeria’s lottery sector, including national, regional, and online lottery operators. NLLOF is committed to creating an environment that fosters growth, consumer protection, and alignment with government development objectives.
